Mamlambo is an African fish or reptile creature whose name literally mean brain sucker. It made its first appearance in Kur: Part One.

Biography

It has the ability to shock and stun its prey. Although it lives in water, it can move quickly on land with its 2 front legs. Was seen in the episode Kur: Part Two. It can be controlled by the Nagas. It also appears to be two times larger than a man.

It is unknown what happened to the Mamlambo at the end of Kur: Part Two, but it can be assumed that it returned back to its natural habitat in Africa.
Interestingly, the Mamlambo in the series appears to be capable of stunning prey with an electrical shock, something the real cryptid was never said to do in real life.
